Varija Bajaj is an interior designer and caters to architectural and bespoke interior needs under her brand VARIJA HOME. Personalization and handcraft is her expertise where she innovates with surface textures and materials. She believes in decluttered spaces where the most she brings art in the most mundane things. 

Under VARIJA LIFE, Varija Bajaj has been extensively involved in programs for persons with disabilities pan India. All awareness efforts recently consolidated under National Ability Summit with 70 + disability experts from 20 + countries sharing their learning curve.

Her latest endeavor THE CAREER TALKS is an impact education initiative that bridges the gap between the industry and educational institutions. Being a successful entrepreneur, in an unorganized fashion sector, she is now a case study in ISB Hyderabad, the most reputed B-schools of the country. She is a mentor in over 35 colleges across the country like BD Somani-Mumbai, FMS-Delhi, LeMark Mumbai. She is also on the advisory board of Amity University, Suryadatta Group of Institutes, Pune and International Polytechnic for Women.
Varija Bajaj has been honored with the Delhi Gaurav Award for her immense contribution to the fashion industry. She has also been awarded with the Women's Achievers Award for Fashion by VLCC . She has won the DLA woman of the year award by DLA Media. She has also won one Build India Award . She has been announced as the top 100 innovators by the WORLD CSR Congress for her contribution to disability awareness. Recently she was awarded the Economic Times Labels Award for her brand Office & You. She has also won the CII-Young Indians Achievers Awards and Global Women in Leadership Award -2022 by Global Council For the Promotion of International Trade.
