Thank you for shopping with Office & You. We strive to service you through best quality, designs and fit through our endeavor. In a rare case that you may have concerns, here is our return and refund policy:
For Returns:-
- Return will be accepted within 7 days from the day of receipt.
- All products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled and without any fragrance.
- Products should be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
- Creations on sale are not eligible for Returns or Exchange.
- No returns are applicable on sale, however size exchange is possible depending on availability on the stock.
- Any product customised especially to your size ( including pre pleated sarees)is not elegible for any return or exchange.
For Exchanges / Replacements:-
- Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes which are serviceable for an exchange.
- Any product bought with us, is eligible for exchange more than once.
- The exchange can only be created if the product is available in the stock.
- In case, the exchange outfit is not available, you can return and request for the refund.
- If the product is not eligible for replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
- We shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on its site if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined by O&Y’s sole discretion.
Note: –
- We ensure 4 levels of Quality Checks before any product is shipped to you. However, in a case of a claim , please ensure you take an unboxing/unpacking video to claim for your return in case of any damaged or defective goods received from our end.
- Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
- If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
- The refund will take 20 working days to credit the refund into the bank.
- Cancellation can be done before shipping the order and is not applicable on partial order.
- In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
- Processing charges 500/- will apply on return & exchanges.
Mode of Refund:-
- For both cancelled orders & returned products, the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
- In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT, customer needs to share the bank account details via email hello@officeandyou.in
For International Orders:-
- Returns and exchanges are not for International orders.
- Cancellations are possible till the order is not shipped.
