At O&Y, we strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. Please note the following guidelines regarding claims for manufacturer-defective products  

1. Manufacturer-Defective Claims Only

We only accept claims for manufacturer-defective products.  

2. Quality Checks

We perform four levels of quality checks before shipping any product. However, in the rare case of a claim, customers must provide an unboxing/unpacking video as proof of damage or defect upon receipt.

3. Final Quality Inspection

Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a Final Quality Inspection, which may take 3-5 working days. O&Y is not liable for mistaken or incomplete returned items, and no compensation will be provided for such cases.  

4. Logistic Partner Pick-Up

(A) For defective products, our logistic partner will arrange a pick-up within 5 days. You will receive a notification on the day of collection.

(B) If the first pick-up attempt is unsuccessful, another attempt will be arranged automatically.

(C) Once the return parcel is collected, it may take up to 7 days to reach our warehouse or seller.  

5. Delivered-by-Seller Items

If the item was delivered by the seller's logistics, please contact the seller directly for assistance.  

6. Return Conditions

(A) Products must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free of any fragrances.

(B) All original tags and packaging must be intact.  

7. Refund Process

(A) Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the product passes the Final Quality Inspection.

(B) Only the product price will be refunded. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.  

8.  Refund Initiation

Refunds will only be initiated after receiving the product and completing the quality check.
